There is a great tranquility in spirituality.It is absolute peace of mind.A great feeling.No wonder all mystical seekings start from spirituality.That is the first plane.And then there are steps of elevation.
One cannot seek spirituality unless He wills it. This is also true.So blessed are the ones who have been initiated into it early in life.
It does not mean, this is meant for only a chosen few. One should be at it and constantly seeking it.Of course the basic requirements are a pure heart, a loving human being, compassion, no ability to manipulate , a deep sense of love for all fellow LIVING beings,simplicity, humbleness and so on.
